Add Content

Content is added to folders and includes articles, files with captions, as well as report snapshots and links to other content as well as sub folders. This content is searchable and can be versioned to support templating mechanisms.

Scenario

  1. Select folders in a project
  2. Browse folder
  3. Add Asset/Article
  4. Find asset in other folder, add reference to content in current folder
  5. Find article in other folder, add reference to content in current folder
  6. Edit referenced article, which will now be different from the original
  7. Reorder content in Layout view
  8. View as document

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Content can be of types
    • Article
    • File
    • Report Snapshot
    • Reference to other content in different folders
  2. Content can be re-ordered
  3. Edited article references become new versions of original content
  4. Changes to content are audited
  5. Content can be searched
  6. Content is only visible to project members
  7. All key records are created with a default folder ie
    • Projects (top level folder)
    • Assays
    • Experiments
    • Tasks
    • Requests
    • ...
  8. Folders can be added to any folder
