Add Parameter Type¶
Parameter types provide the key dimensions allowing data capture to be organised. Examples would be- Compounds linked to an external data source
- Activity which may be specialised at the assay definition level as Inhibition
- Progression flags used for marking hits
Scenario¶
- Add new Parameter Type from Admin menu
- Select data type
- Provide a description
- Select base store dimension
Acceptance Criteria¶
- Functionality limited to administrators
- New Parameter Type available
- Parameter type can be assigned to a assay definition as an assay parameter and inherits both the data type behaviour as well as storing data in the base dimension as shown on the parameter list of the assay definition.
