Add Data Format¶

Define a collection of data formats that can be used in data entry sheets. These formats will be thinks like

• text
• double
• percentage
• URL
  Each type will have a validation rule for inputting data and a presentation rule for displying that data again.

Scenario¶

1. Add data format - name, description
2. Add input rule
3. Add output rule
4. Test rule
5. Save rule

Acceptance criteria¶

1. Only administrators can manage data formats
2. Data format can be applied to [[Glossary-PrameterType|parameter type]
3. Input/Output behaviour is inherited when parameter type is assigned to a assay definition.
