Add Parameters to Assay¶
The parameter types assigned to an assay form the vocabulary for capturing structured data in experiments executed against methods defined within it. These parameters are taken from global parameter types and usually specialised with a specific name (aliased), description, unit and so forth. This means we may see a specific parameter type assigned to an assay multiple times. For example a compound may be assigned with the role of subject, the test compound, but also as a variable such as a control.
